We collect personal data when you submit an enquiry through our website, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, meet us in person, appoint us to act for you, or make a payment to us. - the Syariah Courts, relevant religious authorities and other government bodies;
- other parties to your matter and their lawyers, where required in the course of proceedings;

- anyone you authorise, or where the law requires us to.
We do not sell your personal data.

We take reasonable practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Client documents are stored in restricted systems accessible only to authorised staff. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.

Under the PDPA you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data, withdraw your consent, and limit how we process it. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to act for you.
